Terms and Conditions – Website Payment Plans

Website payment plan only available on

1) Standard Package $1350 deposit + $26/week for 12 months
2) Standard PLUS Package $2,200 deposit + $43/week for 12 months
3) Deluxe Package $3,100 deposit + $60/week for 12 months

Payment agreement to be signed and deposit paid before the commencement of any work on the website

Payments

Payment will be made on a fortnightly basis (14 days). Each bi-monthly instalment is to be paid before the agreed upon date and for the amount agreed depending on plan.

Late Payments

If the payment is not received within the 7 days of the due date your website will be suspended and will be resumed once the payment is made.

• If the payment is outstanding for more than 30 days, $30 reactivation fee will apply
• If the payment is outstanding for more than 60 days, $100 reactivation fee will apply.
• If the payment is outstanding for more than 90 days, you must pay the full amount owing on the website or you will lose all your content.

Who owns the website

We (Web NSO) own the website until it is paid for in full. Once the website is paid off in full, you own the sole rights the website and the domain name.

Cancellation of website payment plan

You can cancel the payment plan at any time by paying the full amount owing on the website. If the full amount owing on the website is not received within 7 days after cancellation of payment plan, necessary action will be take to recovering the full amount owing on the website and any cost involved to collect the amount.

Pay it Off Quickly

As a customer you have the option to pay off your website quickly by making more than the minimum monthly payments.
